Our journey began with a simple yet profound belief: that every person, irrespective of their circumstances, has unique strengths and talents that deserve to be recognized and celebrated.

Founded in 2023, Fahan Organization is a non-profit dedicated to fostering self-advocacy skills, cultivating leadership abilities, and breaking down barriers that hinder the progress of individuals with disabilities, especially within immigrant communities. We believe that true empowerment comes from knowledge, understanding, and acceptance, and that change is possible when we unite in a shared purpose.

Our Disability Education Campaign aims to challenge misconceptions and promote accurate understanding about disabilities. Through engaging workshops, cultural sensitivity training, and inspiring testimonials, we create a safe space for open dialogue and discussions. By collaborating with local cultural organizations and community leaders, we ensure our initiatives are culturally appropriate and resonate with diverse audiences.
Fahan Organization provides free legal advice to support individuals and families with disabilities. We help community members understand their rights in areas such as housing, discrimination, public benefits, immigration, and disability-related issues. Please note: we do not offer full legal representation, but we can give guidance, answer questions, and connect you with trusted legal partners if more help is needed. Our goal is to make legal information accessible and culturally responsive, so you can make informed decisions for yourself and your family.
We understand the unique challenges faced by families raising children with disabilities. Our Parent and Family Support Program offers workshops, support groups, and one-on-one counseling to provide the necessary support, resources, and education. We empower parents and family members to create inclusive and nurturing environments for their children.
Advocating for the rights and inclusion of individuals with disabilities is at the core of our Advocacy and Policy Reform program. Through public campaigns, research, and collaborations with various stakeholders, we work towards removing barriers and promoting equal opportunities in education, employment, healthcare, transportation, and other essential services.
Finding meaningful employment can be a challenging journey for individuals with disabilities. Our Employment Support Program is designed to provide comprehensive assistance to both youth and adults in their pursuit of fulfilling careers. Career counseling, job readiness training, and workplace accommodation support are just some of the ways we empower individuals to achieve economic independence and self-sufficiency.
Our Financial Literacy Program equips youth and adults with essential financial management skills. Through workshops and resources, participants gain knowledge on budgeting, saving, banking, credit, and debt. We also provide guidance on accessing financial resources tailored to individuals with disabilities, promoting financial independence and responsible financial habits.
